I am an actor who graduated from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with a BA in Acting as well as a BA in Media Studies in 2019. My passion and career is acting which I spend most of my time doing, but when I'm not doing theatre I like to relax by binge watching YouTube playing some Nintendo games, or playing some Dungeons and Dragons. Currently I am successfully working in the San Antonio theatre community, but I have multiple visions for how my career can grow in the future. Part of me would love to move to L.A. and act in television and movies with the occasional commercial while also performing improv and other types of comedy on the side. I would also love to work as a voice actor, or continue honing my skills as a director. I could also see myself going to graduate school for theatre to become a professor. I have a wide range of skill sets and am flexible in the type of work I do for my career.
As somebody with osteogenesis imperfecta that uses a wheelchair, advocacy for disabled people in theatre is extremely important to me and informs everything that I do. Some people might say that it is not possible to be a successful actor while being in a wheelchair, but I believe that they are wrong. I see that we are in an era of social change where diversity is sought after, and I want to be a part of that change. I want to inspire those that come after me to go into whatever field they want to despite their physical ability and I want to make the world more adaptable and accessible so that those people won't have to struggle as hard as I'll have to.
